Model 30 Concrete Pump

"30" means a theoretical output of 30 m³/h. Available in electric and diesel versions, it belongs to the small and medium trailer pump class. It conveys farther than the Model 20 and can handle larger aggregate, and is commonly used for township house building, small water conservancy works and slope protection.
1. Core Technical Parameters (Industry Standard)
·Theoretical output: 30 m³/h, stable output on site is 22–26 m³/h
·Power:
·Electric version: 37 kW national-standard motor (380 V)
·Diesel version: 4105 turbocharged diesel engine (about 75 hp)
·Maximum pumping pressure: 10–13 MPa, supports high/low pressure switching
·Conveying distance: vertical 60–90 m, horizontal 150–180 m (affected by concrete slump and pipeline layout)
·Conveyable aggregate: crushed stone ≤30 mm, pebble ≤40 mm; ordinary ready-mixed concrete, fine aggregate and mortar can all be pumped
·Delivery pipeline: DN100 / DN125
·Distribution valve: S valve, twin-cylinder hydraulic piston pumping, hopper with built-in agitation
·Overall weight: 2200–2800 kg, with a trailer chassis and towing wheels, can be hitched for short-distance relocation
·Control: wired + wireless remote control, one-key switching between forward and reverse pumping, reverse suction when blocked
·Hopper capacity: about 0.6 m³, with a screen to prevent large stones from entering the pipeline
2. Working Principle
The electric motor / diesel engine drives the main hydraulic pump, which pushes the main oil cylinder to move the concrete pistons; the S valve alternately switches between suction and discharge, conveying the concrete continuously through the pipeline to the pouring position. The hydraulic system has cooling and automatic lubrication, suitable for long continuous operation.
3. Applicable Project Scenarios
1. Main structure pouring of multi-storey houses and township small buildings; ground beams, columns and floor slabs
2. River embankment slope protection, channels, small reservoirs, photovoltaic foundations and rural roads
3. Foundation pit blinding, retaining walls, small tunnels and culvert lining
4. Floors, floor heating backfill and secondary structural column fine aggregate concrete
Electric version: preferred when the site has a stable 380 V power supply; diesel version: for mountain and field sites without a power grid.
4. Main Advantages
1. Conveying capacity is stronger than the Model 20; it can pump ordinary stone concrete, not limited to fine aggregate mortar
2. Trailer-type structure with tyres, convenient for relocation within the site
3. Reverse pumping function quickly draws material back when blocked, reducing pipe cleaning time
4. Built-in hopper agitation reduces aggregate segregation and gives smooth feeding
5. High parts commonality, simple maintenance and repair, and spare parts easy to purchase on the market
5. Model 30 Electric vs Model 30 Diesel Comparison
