Model 40 Diesel Pump

"40" means a theoretical output of 40 m³/h. It is a trailer-type diesel-powered ground pump that requires no external 380 V power supply. Compared with the Model 30, it has higher pumping pressure, a longer conveying distance and greater output, making it the main trailer pump for small and medium projects.
Core Technical Parameters (Industry Standard Version)
·Theoretical output: 40 m³/h, stable output on site is 28–34 m³/h
·Power: 4108 turbocharged diesel engine (about 66–75 kW), with its own fuel tank
·Maximum pumping pressure: 12–13 MPa, supports high/low pressure switching
·Conveying distance: vertical 100–120 m, horizontal 250–300 m (affected by slump and pipeline layout)
·Conveyable aggregate: crushed stone ≤40 mm, pebble ≤50 mm; ordinary ready-mixed concrete, fine aggregate and mortar can all be pumped
·Delivery pipeline: DN125 (mainstream), DN100 optional
·Distribution valve: S valve, twin-cylinder hydraulic piston pumping, hopper with hydraulic agitation
·Overall weight: 3200–3800 kg, with a trailer chassis and towing hook, towed by truck / tractor for relocation
·Control: wired + wireless remote control, one-key switching between forward and reverse pumping, reverse suction when blocked
·Cooling: combined water + air cooling, suitable for long continuous pouring; with centralized automatic lubrication
·Hopper capacity: about 0.7 m³, with a protective screen to stop oversized stones from entering the pipeline
Working Principle
The diesel engine drives the main hydraulic pump, which pushes the main oil cylinder to move the concrete pistons; the S valve reciprocates to alternately complete suction and discharge, and the concrete is conveyed continuously along the pipeline to the pouring point. The hydraulic system is stable and can run continuously for long periods.
Applicable Project Scenarios
1. Main structure pouring of multi-storey and medium-high buildings; large-area concrete work on ground beams, columns and floor slabs
2. Mountain and field river embankment slope protection, channels, small reservoirs, photovoltaic power station foundations and rural road hardening
3. Small bridges, culverts, tunnel lining, large-area foundation pit blinding and retaining walls
4. Large-area floors and plant ground surfaces; can also handle secondary structures and floor heating backfill fine aggregate concrete
Suitable for: sites without a power grid, projects with large single-pour volumes, and conveying heights / distances beyond the capability of the Model 30 pump
Main Advantages
1. Output, pumping pressure and conveying distance are all greater than those of the Model 30 diesel pump; it can pump standard ready-mixed concrete and handle larger aggregate
2. Pure diesel drive works normally even without 380 V industrial power, making it the first choice for field and mountain areas
3. Combined cooling system, unlikely to shut down from overheating during long continuous pouring, suitable for large-volume continuous operation
4. Wear-resistant S valve and powerful reverse pumping make blockage clearing more efficient, reducing pipe removal time
5. Trailer chassis makes short-distance relocation on site convenient; strong parts commonality on the market makes maintenance easy

Operating Notes
1. Before start-up, check diesel, engine oil, coolant and hydraulic oil, and check pipe clamps and the hopper screen
2. Before pumping, use clean water + mortar to lubricate the pipeline to reduce the chance of blockage; for vertical pumping, the length of the horizontal pipe on the ground should be ≥1/4 of the vertical height
3. During operation, monitor engine water temperature and hydraulic oil temperature, and stop for cooling promptly if temperatures are high
4. When blocked, use reverse pumping first; do not keep forcing forward pumping, to avoid damaging the seals
5. After pouring, the hopper and delivery pipeline must be thoroughly cleaned to prevent the concrete from hardening and blocking the pipe
6. For long-term parking, clean the pipeline and disconnect the battery master switch to avoid battery drain
