"50" means a theoretical output of 50 m³/h. Available in electric and diesel versions, it belongs to the medium and large trailer pump class. Compared with the Model 40, it has higher pumping pressure, a longer conveying distance and greater output, making it the main model for small and medium building and water conservancy projects.
Core Technical Parameters (Industry Standard Version)
·Theoretical output: 50 m³/h, stable output on site is 32–38 m³/h
·Power:
·Electric version: 55 kW national-standard motor, 380 V industrial power
·Diesel version: 4110 turbocharged diesel engine (about 84 kW)
·Maximum pumping pressure: 12–13 MPa, dual high/low pressure mode switching
·Conveying distance: vertical 130–150 m, horizontal 300–400 m (affected by concrete slump and pipeline layout)
·Conveyable aggregate: crushed stone ≤40 mm, pebble ≤50 mm; ordinary ready-mixed concrete, fine aggregate and mortar can all be pumped
·Delivery pipeline: mainly DN125, with DN150 large pipe optional
·Distribution valve: S valve, twin-cylinder hydraulic piston pumping, hopper with hydraulic agitation
·Overall weight: 3800–4500 kg, with a trailer chassis and towing hook, towed by truck for relocation
·Control: wired + wireless remote control, one-key switching between forward and reverse pumping, reverse suction when blocked; with hydraulic oil temperature, pressure and fault self-check protection
·Cooling: water cooling, suitable for long continuous large-volume pouring; centralized automatic lubrication
·Hopper capacity: about 0.7–0.8 m³, with a protective screen to stop oversized stones
Working Principle
The electric motor / diesel engine drives the main hydraulic pump, which pushes the main oil cylinder to move the concrete pistons, while the S valve reciprocates to alternate suction and discharge, using pressure to convey the concrete continuously along the pipeline to the pouring point. With a dual-circuit hydraulic system, pumping and the swing cylinder do not interfere with each other, so operation is stable.
Applicable Project Scenarios
1. Main structure pouring of medium-high and multi-storey buildings; one-time pouring of large floor slabs, ground beams and columns
2. Water conservancy projects: river embankment slope protection, channel lining, small reservoirs and dams
3. Plant floors, rural roads, bridge piers, culverts, large-area foundation pit blinding and retaining walls
4. Photovoltaic foundations and small tunnel lining; can also handle large-area floor heating backfill and secondary-structure fine aggregate concrete
Selection advice: choose the electric version if power is available; for mountains and field sites without a 380 V supply, choose the diesel HBTS50. Suitable for projects with large single-pour volumes and conveying heights beyond the capability of the Model 40 pump.
Main Advantages
1. Conveying capacity is stronger than the Model 40, with output, pumping pressure and conveying distance all improved; it can pump standard ready-mixed concrete and has good adaptability to coarse aggregate
2. Wear-resistant S valve structure and stable hydraulic system; unlikely to shut down from overheating during long continuous pouring, suitable for large-volume continuous work
3. High/low pressure switching: use the high-pressure mode for long-distance, high-lift work and the low-pressure mode for short-distance, large-volume work, balancing efficiency and pressure
4. Powerful reverse pumping function quickly draws material back when blocked, reducing pipe removal and cleaning time
5. Trailer chassis makes short-distance relocation on site convenient; a large stock of spare parts on the market makes maintenance easy
