"Big King Kong" Concrete Pump
Core Technical Parameters (Industry Standard Version)
·Theoretical output: 80 m³/h (low-pressure, large-flow mode), 50 m³/h in high-pressure mode; stable output on site is 45–55 m³/h
·Power:
·Electric version: 110 kW national-standard motor, 380 V industrial power
·Diesel version: Weichai / Yuchai six-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine, 132 kW
·Maximum pumping pressure: 16–18 MPa, dual high/low pressure mode switching
·Conveying distance: vertical 200–220 m, horizontal 450–550 m (affected by concrete slump and pipeline layout)
·Conveyable aggregate: crushed stone ≤40 mm, pebble ≤50 mm; standard ready-mixed concrete and large-aggregate concrete can both be pumped
·Delivery pipeline: DN125 as standard, with DN150 large pipe optional
·Distribution valve: S valve, large-bore twin-cylinder pistons, dual-circuit independent hydraulic system, high-power hydraulic agitation in the hopper
·Overall weight: 6500–7500 kg, with a trailer chassis and support legs, towed by truck for relocation
·Control: wired + wireless remote control, one-key switching between forward and reverse pumping; with oil temperature, pressure, overload and fault self-check protection
·Cooling: water cooling, supports long uninterrupted large-volume pouring; centralized automatic lubrication
·Hopper capacity: about 0.8 m³, with a protective screen to stop oversized stones
Working Principle
The electric motor / diesel engine drives a dual-circuit hydraulic system, which pushes the large-diameter delivery cylinder pistons, while the S valve reciprocates to alternate suction and discharge. The pumping circuit and the swing cylinder circuit are independent of each other, so reversing impact is small. High/low pressure switching: the low-pressure mode pursues large output volume; the high-pressure mode is used for high lift and ultra-long-distance conveying.
Applicable Project Scenarios
1. Main structure pouring of high-rise and medium-high residential buildings; one-time continuous large-volume pouring of large floor slabs and foundation rafts
2. Large plants, large-area floors, bridge piers, culverts and tunnel lining
3. Medium and large water conservancy projects: river embankments, channels, reservoirs and dams
4. Continuous pouring projects such as large foundation pits, retaining walls and large photovoltaic foundations
Selection advice: choose the electric HBT80 if the site has a stable 380 V power supply; for field sites without a power grid, choose the diesel HBTS80. Suitable for medium and large projects with large pouring volumes and conveying heights beyond the capability of the Model 60 pump.
Main Advantages
1. Large cylinder bore and high pressure with dual high/low pressure modes give strong high-rise and long-distance pumping capacity; it is the main trailer pump for civil and water conservancy medium and large projects
2. Dual-circuit hydraulic system with smooth operation and small impact, giving longer life for wearing parts; not prone to overheating during long continuous pouring
3. Wear-resistant S valve and high-power hopper agitation reduce aggregate segregation; strong reverse pumping function quickly draws material back when blocked
4. Intelligent electric control with built-in fault diagnosis, real-time monitoring of oil temperature and pressure, automatic overload protection and high safety
5. Solid machine structure, commonly known as the "Big King Kong", with strong load resistance; a large stock of spare parts on the market makes maintenance easy
