Secondary-Structure Concrete Pump
"Secondary-structure pump" is the common industry term for equipment used specifically to pour the secondary structure of a building (structural columns, ring beams and lintels built after the main structure is completed). It belongs to the category of small fine aggregate pumps. The inclined pump is one branch of secondary-structure pumps, which are divided into horizontal secondary-structure pumps and inclined secondary-structure pumps (inclined pumps). Most are electric, and diesel versions are also available.

Core Technical Parameters (Mainstream Version)
·Theoretical output: 6–12 m³/h, actual output on site is 4–9 m³/h
·Power: electric version 15 kW, 22 kW copper-core motor; diesel version optional
·Pumping pressure: 6–9 MPa
·Conveying distance: vertical 20–35 m, horizontal 50–90 m
·Applicable aggregate: stone ≤20 mm; only fine aggregate concrete and cement mortar, not ordinary ready-mixed concrete with large stones
·Delivery pipe: DN80 hose, flexible in turns, easy to pass through doorways and go upstairs
·Distribution valve: S valve, hydraulic twin-cylinder pumping, air cooling
·Overall weight: 320–700 kg, with swivel castors, can be pushed and pulled inside buildings
·Control: wired + wireless remote control, one-key switching between forward and reverse pumping; material can be drawn back when blocked
Working Principle
The hydraulic cylinder drives the piston to reciprocate, and together with the S valve it alternately sucks and discharges material, delivering the fine aggregate concrete in the hopper through the hose into the structural column formwork.
·Inclined secondary-structure pump (inclined pump): cylinders arranged at an incline, low hopper, smoother feeding and a lower blockage rate
·Horizontal secondary-structure pump: cylinders placed horizontally, simple structure and relatively low price
Applicable Scenarios
1. Secondary structure of high-rise / multi-storey buildings: pouring of structural columns, ring beams, lintels and door jambs (main application)
2. Floor heating fine aggregate backfill, roof protective layer and indoor mortar floors
3. Basements, corridors and small rooms: indoor work where large vehicles cannot enter
4. Structural columns of rural self-built houses, small slope protection and channel mortar
Product Advantages
1. Light body with wheels, can be pushed upstairs and moved flexibly in confined indoor spaces
2. The light delivery hose turns easily, suitable for scattered pouring points such as structural columns
3. Replaces manual mortar bucket handling, saving labor, with fast pouring speed and lower labor intensity
4. Low machine price, cheap spare parts, simple maintenance and low power consumption
5. Simple to operate; workers can get started in a short time
Limitations
1. Small output and low pressure; cannot pour main floor slabs or ground beams, only suitable for fine aggregate mortar
2. Strict aggregate restrictions: stone must not exceed 20 mm, as large stones easily cause blockages
3. Limited conveying height, generally up to 35 m, not suitable for high-lift long-distance pumping
Inclined Secondary-Structure Pump VS Horizontal Secondary-Structure Pump Comparison

Item

Inclined Secondary-Structure Pump (Inclined Pump)

Horizontal Secondary-Structure Pump

Cylinder Structure

Inclined arrangement

Horizontal arrangement

Feeding

Low hopper, smooth feeding, fewer blockages

Hopper is relatively high and feed resistance is slightly greater

Weight

400–600kg

320–550kg

Application

Long-term, high-volume structural column work where a low blockage rate is sought

Small workload and relatively low budget

Operating Notes
1. Fine aggregate concrete must be used, aggregate particle size must be strictly controlled, and the hopper screen must not be removed
2. Before pumping, use mortar to lubricate the pipeline to reduce the chance of blockage
3. Lock the castors during operation to prevent the machine from moving due to vibration
4. When blocked, use reverse pumping first; do not keep pumping hard, to avoid damaging the seals
5. After work, the hopper, S valve and the whole hose must be thoroughly cleaned to prevent the concrete from hardening
