The Model 40 diesel pump is a medium-to-large diesel-powered pumping unit. Compared with the Model 30, it has stronger power, higher pumping efficiency and a longer conveying distance. Equipped with a high-power diesel engine, it has ample power reserves and is unafraid of complex working conditions. The unit is fitted with a high-quality main oil pump and hydraulic valve group, delivering stable pumping pressure and able to pump stone of up to 3 cm particle size, suitable for conventional coarse aggregate concrete work. The vertical conveying height can reach 150 m and the horizontal conveying distance 300 m, meeting the needs of high-rise and long-distance pouring. The equipment requires no external power supply and can work normally at field sites without electricity. With an upgraded cooling system it can operate continuously around the clock, with a low failure rate and convenient maintenance. It is widely used in medium and large projects such as high-rise civil buildings, main plant structure pouring, road hardening, bridge ancillary works and large field slope protection, balancing power, efficiency and site adaptability with outstanding cost performance.
